Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, agency-bred leader for the role of Group Head – Paid Social. In this role, you will hold end-to-end strategic ownership of 4+ enterprise-level BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) client accounts, driving performance while scaling a high-executing media team.
Key Responsibilities
BFSI Campaign Ownership: Lead end-to-end paid social strategies (Meta, Linked In, Google, etc.) tailored to complex financial products like credit cards, loans, insurance, and investments. Media Planning & Optimization: Architect media plans for large-scale monthly budgets, continuously optimizing to improve CPA and maximize ROAS. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing executives/managers to ensure high-quality execution.
