Job Description:
This role involves:
- Leading the monthly group consolidation process and preparation of management accounts
- Overseeing annual statutory consolidations and group financial statements (AFS)
- Planning and managing the group audit process, coordinating with auditors and regional teams
- Driving standardisation of reporting and ensure full IFRS compliance across the group
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of group reporting systems (e.g. Finnivo)
- Managing head office financial accounting for multiple entities (UK & South Africa)
- Overseeing cash flow management, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring
- Maintaining key financial registers including risk, capex, leases, and contracts
