Group Facilities Manager – 5* Boutique Hotel Group – Cape Town

Based primarily at the Head Office in Constantia, this senior role oversees engineering, maintenance, facilities and infrastructure operations across three 5* properties in the Western Cape. The role maintains world-class services behind the scenes by managing teams, contractors, budgets and compliance across multiple sites. Candidates must be based in Cape Town; travel across Western Cape properties is a regular requirement.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in multi‑site facilities or engineering – essential
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – essential
• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality multi‑property environment – essential
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems
