Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial close.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and business performance analysis.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial governance standards.
Costing & Operational Finance
- Develop and maintain accurate product costing models and margin analysis.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, wastage, and operational efficiencies.
