About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Bath Mill Lodge Retreat.
This hands-on role involves maintaining the park's grounds, accommodation and facilities to a high standard, helping to create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll carry out a variety of grounds and maintenance tasks while working as part of a friendly team.
Weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the park grounds, including grass cutting, strimming and general landscaping.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs across the park.
