Grocery Department Manager

What you’ll do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting them with product promotions, locating merchandise, and helping them make purchase decisions.
• Delegate, assist, and follow‑up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks such as Section Work, Capping bins, and Stocking picks.
• Delegate, assist, and follow‑up on price changes and feature sets.
• Delegate, assist, and follow‑up on modular completion in the assigned area.
• Support coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, and assist with recovery and zoning activities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by adhering to company policy, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
