Transform Grey County's technology landscape as a Business Analyst. This permanent, full-time role supports strategy alignment through hybrid collaboration.
In this position, reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, you will work closely with county leaders to optimize technology projects and processes. Using lean and agile methods, you’ll conduct business process mapping and deliver strategic improvements across vital areas, such as finance and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document requirements for business cases and user stories
• Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions
• Participate as a key stakeholder in corporate technology initiatives
• Facilitate negotiations for innovative business solutions
