Job Description for Greenmark Manager Requirements:
- Lead drive awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental and water management programmes;
- Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and program with tenant’s participation that are aligned with the corporate policy targets;
- Maintain the efficient operations of all plants, equipment and systems within the building to ensure the operations are in safe and efficient manner;
- Formulate and implement sustainability management plan in line with BCA’s Green Mark and LEEDS certification requirements;
- Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification;
- Lead the interface with government agencies, Owner, Tenants Building Occupants and visitors on sustainability matters;
