Role & responsibilities
- Design high-end marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, signage, and social media content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and photography teams to create cohesive branding across all platforms.
- Design and maintain company templates and brand assets.
- Develop branded listing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for agents and clients.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the luxury aesthetic and brand guidelines.
- Retouch and optimize high-resolution property photography as needed.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stay current with design trends, especially within luxury, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.
