Graphic Designer Lead

We are looking for a highly agile and proactive Assistant Team Leader for our Multimedia Artist team . The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and an emerging leader who can mentor and manage Multimedia Artists, manage workloads, and help ensure high-quality and timely multimedia delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years solid experience in 2D animation and/or graphic design (Multimedia Arts) who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities involving people management, team development, operational coordination, and issue resolution.

The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing creative production work with leadership and coordination responsibilities.

• Lead and support a team of Multimedia Artists.
