Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) has an opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, and dedicated individual as a Grain Contracts Administrator based in Winnipeg, MB .

Your Role

As Grain Contracts Administrator , the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Merchandising and Grain Accounting teams.

Day to Day

• Generating grain invoices for customers, applying payments to invoices and account reconciliation
• Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable and processing grain unloads
• Providing exceptional customer service and entering accounts payable information into the system
• Grain contract management duties
• Working closely with the grain merchants to ensure timely execution of commodity delivery
• Process payments to producers
