Graduate Talent Associate - Rotational Growth Program

Great Eastern is offering a 1-year programme in Kuala Lumpur aimed at fresh graduates and those with up to one year of experience. Participants will rotate through various functions in Agency Distribution, including Strategic Planning and Business Development. This programme not only provides valuable skills and training but also fosters engagement with the Senior Management Team to align development plans with career aspirations.

Candidates should hold a recognised degree with a CGPA of at least 3.50 and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Mentorship and coaching will be provided throughout the programme.
