Embark on your nursing career with Alberta’s Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP). This 12-month program integrates guided support and independent practice for new nurses.
As a Registered Nurse in this structured transition program, you will gain essential skills through two phases. During Phase 1, you will receive personalized guidance from a Clinical Guide while working supernumerary. In Phase 2, you will continue to grow with assigned mentorship, transitioning to independent practice, while focusing on comprehensive patient care.
