The role looks for recent IT graduates or equivalents to join a busy service desk that can work flexibly within a 24/7 schedule.
The company is a global software house with a first‑class reputation in training and career development.
You will provide 24/7 first‑line support to our customers over the phone and via email for our clients’ bespoke telecoms billing and customer‑management software. Working to SLAs, you will investigate and resolve customer problems, ensuring customers are satisfied and kept up to date on the progress of their ticket.
