Graduate HRBP Trainee — Production, International Rotation

SEAT is launching a 12-month Trainee program in People & Organization within the Human Business Partners’ team for Production. You will rotate through different areas, receiving continuous training, mentoring, and real exposure to HR processes and labor regulations. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a bachelor’s in Labour Relations and strong English, with Spanish as native.

German is valued. The program offers international exposure within the VW group and a path to future
