WSP Middle East is seeking a positive, proactive, results‑driven Emirati graduate with a background in architecture and strong communication skills. This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to the strategic side of the design and consultancy industry, working closely with senior leaders on proposals, strategic planning, and client engagement for some of the region’s most iconic built‑environment projects.
Responsibilities
- Support bid coordination and proposal development.
- Assist in design documentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop high‑quality winning proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects across the region.
