**Need to have**
- Final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biostratigraphy and/or Micropaleontology.
- Strong fundamental geological understanding.
- Curiosity for complex, real-world subsurface challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to geological interpretations and decisions.
- Willingness to contribute to wellsite biostratigraphic projects and offshore operations.
- Fluent in English for professional communication.
- Legal eligibility to work in Norway for the full duration of the program.
