**Need to have**
- Final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Fluid Dynamics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Heat Transfer, Physics, Petroleum Engineering, or similar.
- Stong academic achievements
- Strong fundamental understanding of fluid dynamics, fluids, physics, and heat transfer.
- Legally authorized to work in Norway for the full duration of the program, with a willingness to learn Norwegian.
**Nice to have**
- Prior experience from summer jobs, internships, or volunteer work.
- Working knowledge of relevant simulation tools such as OLGA, Ledaflow, PVTsim, Python, Petroleum Experts, or DOF.
