Central New Brunswick Woodlands is seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate of this unionized position, will be responsible for operating a grader to maintain and construct forestry roads, ensuring safe and efficient access for logging and transportation activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate a grader to build, maintain, and repair forestry roads.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other operators and supervisors to meet project timelines.
- Report any mechanical issues or hazards promptly.
- Be able to work different shifts as needed including days, nights and weekends.
- Actively take part in training and coaching activities.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
