GPU Training Throughput Engineer — MoE & Kernel Optimizations

Kaiko is building a next-generation clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics. You will base in the Netherlands or Switzerland, spending at least 50% of your time in the office, and contribute to open‑weight MoE training on our Blackwell cluster.

You own throughput, instrument runs, identify utilization gaps, and ship optimizations that push MFU, wall-clock, and uptime.
