We are building a fixed income investment desk within a well-capitalised NBFC and are looking for a Senior Treasury Head to lead our Government Securities and fixed income portfolio. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands rate cycles, RBI policy dynamics, and wants to build something from the ground up

• DoOwn and manage the NBFC's G-Sec and fixed income investment book, including duration strategy and carry manageme
• ntExecute trades via CSGL account through custodian bank/PD;
  monitor NDS-OM and market microstructu
• reTrack RBI monetary policy (LAF, SDF, MSF, OMOs) and translate macro views into portfolio positioni
