1 Government Work
Establish and sustain strong relationships with government departments at all levels.
Regularly report the organization’s progress and achievements to relevant government bodies.
Participate in meetings and events organized by government agencies.
Assist in handling communication and coordination issues with government departments as needed.
Ensure the organization can respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or crises.
Coordinate internal and external resources to develop crisis response strategies and measures, mitigating or eliminating the impact on the organization.
Review and evaluate crisis handling processes, refine the crisis management mechanism, and enhance the organization’s overall resilience.
