We are looking for a results-driven Google/Meta Ads Expert to join our team and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and lowering CPL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Develop effective campaign strategies, audience targeting, and scaling plans
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL
- Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API, and GA4
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable insights for performance improvement
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
