How We Work
This is a work-from-home role, with semi-flexible work hours. You need to be online and reachable to the team from 10 am to 2 pm Belgrade time from Monday to Friday. This is when our entire team is online and when we have team calls, discuss tasks, and goals, and provide feedback. The remaining 4 hours/day can be spent on tasks whenever you like, the only exception being an occasional client call. All of the work is logged into Hubstaff. Time tracking + screenshots are non-negotiable. We track weekly and monthly activity-based statistics, and you are expected to hit reasonable quotas and follow established workflow and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating, optimizing, and scaling profitable Google & YouTube ad campaigns;
- A great understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics metrics;
- A basic understanding of Shopify Analytics or any other advertising channels/platforms is a great bonus.
