- You influence and lead the goods flow co-workers to secure that the goods flow processes are executed correctly, reaching the highest possible goods availability andenable customer order fulfilment at all timesto the lowest possible cost;
- You support the goods flow team managers toidentify,retainand develop the many talents in the goods flow team to secure future succession, strive to create teams that are competent and can execute the assigned responsibilities with confidence. You also support goods flowco-workerscompetence development by sharing own knowledge of effective and efficient goods flow processes;
- You ensure the goods flow team works according to the inventory routine,in order tomaximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability for the customers;
