Your leadership will drive performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Gold Glove Team Leads
• Set and track KPIs for performance improvement
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders on strategic direction
• Identify and implement onboarding process improvements
• Manage high-stakes client escalations and relationships
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of people management experience
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
