Caliberly is seeking a General Manager – Operations to lead multiple manufacturing facilities in the UAE, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, and financial performance. The role requires a seasoned Tier-1 automotive manufacturing leader with deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will own the full P&L, shape growth strategy, optimize assets, and ensure world-class performance across production, supply chain,
