Experience- 14 Years Location- Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Compliance Program Management: Develop, implement, and lead the organization's Compliance & Ethics framework. Establish compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance and ethics-related matters. Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain a robust compliance management system across corporate and manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labour laws, environmental regulations, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), export control, and internal policies. Manage regulatory compliance calendars, statutory filings, renewals, and reporting requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
