• Ready – Onboarding, goal‑setting, and immersion into Globe’s culture, values, and ways of working.
• Immerse – Embed into a functional team, work on real tasks and projects while receiving ongoing mentorship and peer support.
• Shine – Own deliverables, develop professional and digital skills, and participate in learning sessions on leadership, personal branding, design thinking, and well‑being.
• Elevate – Present final output or project, reflect on learning, and demonstrate skills acquired throughout the journey.
