Overview
SDSN Youth is an initiative of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN). It was launched in 2015 with a mission to empower youth globally to create sustainable development solutions, focusing on outreach, capacity building, and advocacy for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project lead to propose administrative plans and strategies to increase youth network engagement
- Support Network Management Oversight and performance
- Identify skill gaps and ideate training or capacity-building opportunities
- Develop quarterly reports and ensure activities are properly documented
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications in the network email inbox
- Research speaking engagements and partners to promote Network Coordinators
