Global Workforce Planning Scheduler

International SOS is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to optimize staff capacity for 24/7 global service delivery. You will coordinate rosters across Mexico City, Philadelphia, and Singapore, aligning schedules with budget and operational needs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, forecasting and data analysis abilities, and a proactive approach to improving staffing efficiencies. Experience with CRM systems and Power BI is preferred, with English fluency essential.
