Global Workday Program Lead

MSF OCG is seeking a Global Program Owner to lead the LIGO Workday HCM tenant, align with MSF strategic objectives, and manage cross‑entity governance. The role oversees resources, budgets, and vendor relationships within the HR/DSI context across Paris or Geneva.
