Global Volunteer Programs & Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Executive to support the development and operational of volunteers, and also execute partnership agreements with external stakeholders under the International Services department. The role requires an individual who is able to independently manage projects, develop structured operational and development frameworks, coordinate stakeholders, and produce clear, well-organised written outputs that support decision-making and programme implementation. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment involving volunteer management, programme coordination, stakeholder management, and overseas humanitarian operations.
