Global Training Standards Architect

CAE Defence & Security – Indo-Pacific is seeking an experienced aviation training leader to mentor instructors, examiners, tutors, mentors and coaches, and to ensure regulatory compliance and instructional quality across centers.

You will translate global standards into local actions, deliver instructor training sessions online and in person, support courseware, and liaise with local trainers and the Global Head of Standards to harmonize policies.
