Global Technical Support Specialist – Short-Term Rentals

Hostify is a fast growing startup offering a cloud solution for managing Airbnbs and vacation rentals. We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a full-time role to assist international clients.

You will handle application support via our system, email, and WhatsApp, help customers set up the product, participate in demos and trainings, alert the development team to incidents, and collect feedback to improve the service.
