Global Tax M&A & Structuring Leader

PwC Switzerland is seeking a Manager for International Tax Mergers & Acquisitions and Structuring (Financial Services). You will advise private equity and real estate clients on international tax implications of M&A and restructurings, and lead cross-border projects.

You will coach associates, collaborate across PwC's global network, and help develop the tax practice for financial services across borders.
