This role involves ensuring the company meets its tax obligations worldwide, optimizing tax positions, and mitigating risks. The successful candidate will lead a team to navigate complex tax regulations, support business operations, and drive tax-efficient strategies across all the company's jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tax Compliance:
o Oversee global tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and other indirect taxes. Africa exposure is must.
o Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments.
