Bionic Talent in Karachi is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage international client recruitment, source top talent, and conduct interviews, with uncapped commissions per placement.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. This hybrid role is based in Karachi with 11 am–8 pm PKT hours and offers USD-pegged commissions on successful placements.
