Global Talent Project Lead, Commercial Team

We’re seeking a curious and innovative talent Strategist with a major in learning to lead and scale our cross-functional talent and learning practice. This strategic role sits at the intersection of learning & development, commercial excellence, talent strategy and business strategy. You’ll co-design and drive high-impact learning and talent management initiatives that directly support our sales force transformation and business priorities.

Rather than building courses, you’ll architect and oversee the deployment of capability-building programs that elevate sales team performance from onboarding, learning, to performance tracking and stakeholder governance.
