As a Talent Marketing Specialist on IBM’s Global Talent Marketing and Employer Brand team, you’ll manage the overarching strategic and tactical talent marketing and employer branding strategy and execution for our most critical markets. You will combine your marketing and employer brand knowledge to design data-driven solutions that help us attract quality talent at speed.
