Global Talent Development Director

Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Talent Development to drive strategy for talent across Operations. The successful candidate will lead a multifunctional team focused on developing frontline leaders and improving learning journeys. This role will establish innovative practices in talent development to meet evolving business needs and will support operations in the Philippines, India, and the US.

A Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in financial services or related fields are required, along with proven leadership in virtual teams and strong cross-functional partnerships.
