Global Talent Attraction & Development Leader

ContourGlobal, a KKR company, seeks a Talent Attraction & Development Manager in Madrid to lead talent strategy and execution across regions. You will collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to attract, hire and retain top talent, while driving development programs and leadership readiness.
