ProArch is seeking an experienced and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience across India and US Regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving execution of hiring plans, building talent pipelines, and managing key stakeholder relationships while ensuring data-driven recruitment excellence. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding for critical roles
