Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - US & India

ProArch is seeking an experienced and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience across India and US Regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving execution of hiring plans, building talent pipelines, and managing key stakeholder relationships while ensuring data-driven recruitment excellence. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding for critical roles
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and talent priorities
