What you'll do
- Design and execute strategic projects that directly unlock sales productivity across four regions globally (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latam), working shoulder-to-shoulder with Regional General Managers and Sales Leaders to define the problem, build the solution, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
- Own Performance Management for every project coming from the Strategy & Operations team: set targets before launch, track adoption and results after, identify where things are falling short, and drive corrections with the teams responsible — Sales Ops, Inbound, Outbound — iterating from both a technical and practical standpoint until the numbers move.
- Operate at the critical junction between strategy and results: our team exists because great ideas, technical developments, and great products and tools die without someone owning the last mile. You'll make sure they don't.
