Position Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to control and minimise process, line and HFI spoilage in collaboration with PHC (personal and home care) production plants. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, formulate action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant managers on goals of efficiency as well as cost reduction.
