As a Global Services Customer Facing Excellence Platform Manager, you will provide services to the different countries for all the CFE (Customer Facing Experience) related activities. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of data uploads and analysis, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with internal teams and Business Partners to deliver impactful analytical solutions. You will be a key player for the support of the different teams in the day-to-day activities ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across global commercial analytics activities.
