Global SaaS Corporate Counsel - APAC/EMEA

Proofpoint Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their EMEA & APJ legal team. This role involves providing legal guidance, drafting commercial agreements, and collaborating with the broader legal team to enhance capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified lawyer in an APAC country with experience in the High-Tech industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and another APAC language is a plus.
