It starts with a comprehensive 3-week training program, connecting you with instructors, experts, and senior leaders from across the business and designed to help you gain essential knowledge and skills to thrive in Talent Acquisition.
In Week 4, you'll dive into real-world experience as a **Trainee** within AMS joining a client account or one of our internal teams. You’ll won’t be on your own - you’ll have the support of your Line Manager and Skills Coach.
