Global R2R Finance Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

The Global R2R Finance Innovation Manager (m/f/d) is an important member of the Finance Innovation Center of Excellence (COE) EMEA. You will design and deploy solutions across Record to Report (R2R) processes within the Finance EMEA organization, driving standardization, simplification, automation, and productivity improvements across end‑to‑end R2R processes. You will work in close collaboration with the Finance Innovation & Productivity COE, Shared Service Centers, Country Finance teams, IT, and Global Finance Transformation to support large‑scale transformation programs and future‑state organizational design. You will report to the Global Manager Finance Innovation & Satellite Tools based in EMEA. The position can be located in Spain (Barcelona), Czech Republic (Brno), or Poland (Gliwice). Local presence (4 days office work, flexible Friday) and English plus local languages are important to fulfil the core responsibilities.
