Global Program Manager for Staff Well-Being & Peer Support

Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) seeks a Program Manager to lead the Vulnerable Too initiative, a staff-centered effort to strengthen peer support and well-being across the MSF movement, guided by the Mentoring & Coaching Hub.

The role is remote, global, with Oslo or Nordic region preferred for administrative reasons, and involves coordinating with an external partner and MSF entities.
